Provides direct training to adults with severe and multiple disabilities in daily living skills, mobility skills, communication skills, and community integration, keeps records, as well as develops and implements individual service plans.

Provides direct care to adults with severe and multiple disabilities, keeps records, assist persons served in all areas of daily living.

FULL TIME LPN/DAY HABILITATION INSTRUCTOR

Provides direct training to adults with severe and multiple disabilities in daily living skills, mobility skills, communication skills, and community integration, keeps records, as well as develops and implements individual service plans.

PART TIME VEHICLE OPERATOR

Vehicle operator is under the direct supervision of the Transportation Services Manager. The driver operates a van vehicle to transport individuals with disabilities from home to the training center (and return) and performs other transportation services in accordance with established policy and procedures.
