FULL TIME ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Responsible for coordination of community outreach and engagement efforts and managing the overall recruitment, training, and placement of volunteers within appropriate roles at EmployAbility.  This position works in conjunction with communications and development team members and will collaborate on internal and external communications, outreach and development efforts, including tours and events, to create strong, persuasive, and compelling content to promote the organization within the community.

FULL TIME PACKAGING ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTOR

Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty instructing adults with developmental disabilities in basic personal and social skills and varying work skills. Performs daily documentation on progress being made by the individuals served. Rate of pay is $10.50 per hour.

PART TIME VEHICLE OPERATOR

Vehicle operator is under the direct supervision of the Transportation Services Manager. The driver operates a van vehicle to transport individuals with disabilities from home to the training center (and return) and performs other transportation services in accordance with established policy and procedures.
