Supported Employment Specialist

Full-time  |  Coordinates services for individuals in the development and implementation of integrated Supported Employment based on individual needs and preferences. Provides education and consultation to businesses about hiring, training, supervising and supporting adults with disabilities. Maintains statistical data regarding various areas of employment. Provides Job Coaching and long term follow up.

Salary is commensurate with education, qualifications, and work experience. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Community Access Group Direct Service<br /> Provider (DSP)

Full-time  |  Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty connecting adults with developmental disabilities to a wide array of community volunteer and enrichment activities. Documents individuals’ progress on goals.

Salary is commensurate with education, qualifications, and work experience. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Developmental Disabilities Professional (DDP)

Full-time  |  The Developmental Disability Professional (DDP) will provide support to individuals and their families through advocacy, coordination, and linkage to community resources and support services. This position also provides discretionary and independent judgment in operating practices, such as: individual advocacy groups, agency quality improvement, and/or after hour emergencies. This position is responsible to the Director of Day Services.

Packaging Assembly Direct Service Provider (DSP)

Full-time  |  Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty instructing adults with developmental disabilities
in basic personal and social skills and varying work skills. Performs daily documentation on progress being made
by the individuals served.

Starting Salary: $10.50 per hour plus. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Vehicle Operator

Part-time  |  Vehicle operator is under the direct supervision of the Transportation Services Manager. The driver operates a van vehicle to transport individuals with disabilities from home to the training center (and return) and performs other transportation services in accordance with established policy and procedures.

Starting salary: $9.50 per hour. No benefits since this is a part-time position.
