Creating Futures of Independence and Community Involvement
At EmployAbility, we’re committed to providing innovative vocational training and promoting the inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in community life. Through our Pre-Vocational Training, participants learn tasks that build vocational skills and help prepare them for supported employment.
In The Academy, participants gain vocational and life skills that prepare them for community employment and integration.
Participants in The Academy are encouraged to grow personally and professionally every day. To that end, they have the opportunity to concentrate in one or more of the training areas below, while also gaining critical life and workplace skills.
Our goal is to prepare participants for more independent living and careers that provide them with purpose and fulfillment.
