The Community Access Group at EmployAbility provides daily opportunities to explore the community, cultivate new friendships and natural supports, and to practice skills that will increase confidence and self-reliance.

Through our Pre-Vocational Training, you’ll learn tasks that build vocational skills and help prepare you for supported employment. Participants in The Academy are encouraged to grow personally and professionally every day.
